None. Dr. Mary Martin listened to not only our concerns, but the child's as well. She has a wonderful disposition and mannerism towards her patients. She is also very thorough, and we appreciate that immensely! She deserves recognition for her hard efforts!

The lady who checked us out when the appointment was over could have a better attitude. I couldn't believe how rude she was to me.

Wait times were a bit long. Called to let staff know I was running a little late. Was basically told I'd lose appointment if any later than 10mins. I have never been late to an appointment here before. I had to have my baby sitter meet me instead of picking up my son like planned. When I arrived only 5mins late I ended up waiting another 25 in the waiting room and almost 30 more once taken back. Glad I rushed.

His grandmother took him to this visit as I was working and could not be there. They asked general questions to which she knew the answers to all of them. However, it appears they had twisted her words to make it sound like the baby stayed with her "a good bit" due to mine and his father's work schedules. This is not true, and I was very upset by this choice of wording. His grandmother called to try and get things straightened out and get the notes changed. The doctor was apologetic to her and said she did not mean any ill intention by her wording. I would just like for whoever makes the visit notes to be more careful with their choice of words in the future.
