I really loved the fact that they treated me a as essential partners in care. Explicitly saying, "You know your child best" validates a parent's expertise and transforms the dynamic from one of instruction to collaboration. This simple acknowledgment empowers families to share details and ask questions without fear of being dismissed. It ensures medical advice is contextualized within the unique life of the child. I want to add that the doctor and nurse were both amazing, patient, and kind, which made a profound difference during a stressful time. By combining that innate compassion with intentional partnership language, you create an environment of deep respect and teamwork that families truly remember. My children and I were treated in a respectful manner and seen promptly. Dr. Hensley is always kind and professional. Everyone at the office were pleasant and helpful. With this visit I have no critiques.

Dr. Hensley is one of my favorite doctors (my son has 16 active doctors at the moment). He is always ready to listen and help in anyway he can or he'll find a way. The care that he shows my son is amazing. He knows how to talk to him, get him to be funny, and make him laugh. Dr. Hensley also makes me calm, less anxious and he is so easy to talk to. I always feel good about the visits with him, everytime!!
