Be on time for the appointment. My time is as important as my doctors. It was more then 20-30 minutes setting in the waiting room after my appointment time. The nurse said it was due to the previous appointment being late getting there. They should have made that person reschedule.

Dr. Tolan is extremely gifted and has a tremendous sense of humor - he needs it dealing with people like me who are way over 80 years of age, hard of hearing and walk with a limp.
