To be honest, the service I received was very good.

Everything was good

Nothing at all. While it took forever to get an appointment, I understand that Dr. Bruce is the only provider in the Upstate that handles the conditions my daughter was seen for, so it's completely understandable that it would take months to get in to see her. Beyond the wait time for a new patient appointment everything was absolutely wonderful.

There wasn't any way that they could have improved the visit that I can think of.

Just a quicker appointment time. I waited 9 months for my son to be seen.

The only thing is, is being able to get an appointment sooner than what we could. That's the only thing.

In respect to getting the appointment, it took us almost a year to get my daughter seen because you do not have enough providers in the area or in your system. So I think that it was poor on your part that it had to wait a year to get this provider. So in order to give a perfect score, I could never do that for this Greenville Healthcare system because you don't have enough providers. So the providers that we've seen that you do have, we love all. But please, please, for the love of God, for these kids, get more providers.

Nothing different. Dr Bruce is a one of a kind provider! This community is beyond lucky to have her! Even thought we haven't figured out what's wrong with my daughter, Dr Bruce has worked tirelessly for us! She has gone above and beyond beyond any provider we've seen over the years!
