The provider didn't even know I was there for a physical. She wanted to decrease my SSRI medication without even evaluating my mental health first.

The nurse that I had was very judgmental through my appointment. I had asked for an sti/std panel testing and she turned her nose up. Then she proceeded to say that I just had one 6 months ago am I sure. I said yes ma'am. She then made several noises and asked me if I'm only sleeping with one person why am I getting frequent testing every 6 months. She made me very uncomfortable. This is not my first negative experience with this nurse but it's never made me feel this bad.

I think the waiting time for the doctor could be improved. I went to sleep waiting for the doctor. I really think it should be a time frame a patient should have to wait to be seen by the doctor. I timed my time setting and waiting and it was more than 30 minutes.
