Nothing. I trust Dr. Brown and his staff completely. I am so greatful Dr. Brown diagnosed my condition so quickly and provided me the proper medication to treat it when other previous doctors never seemed to have a clue as to my ailment. Under his care I have gone from 14 pills a day prescribed by others to just 1.

There is NO other way that these nurses, registration clerk and Dr. Alan Brown could be more supportive, trustworthy and respectful than they are now. It's absolutely comforting to get this treatment. RA is scary to me, and this is why I'm so grateful for their always hearing me and helping me ! I am so very grateful for this practice and the fabulous care I'm being given. Always they make me feel that I'm very special and not just a collection of statistics in a data base! I thank God often for them all. I feel incredibly appreciative and blessed.

There is absolutely nothing more that my care team could do to make me feel valued! I asked to be heard and helped at my first visit with Dr. Alan Brown , and he is doing exactly these two things and more. I could not be more grateful for all that this group of professionals is doing for me. Thank you all!

I was absolutely impressed with all aspects of my first visit with Dr Brown. He was personable, caring, professional and thorough. The amount of time he had taken prior to my visit to fully understand my history was not only appreciated but completely reassuring. It is rare to find a provider that takes such time to truly care about his patients... even the ones he hasn't even met yet. I would highly encourage anyone seeking the care of a rheumatologist to get in line... Dr Brown is worth the wait!

This was at Powdersville SC. The building was in chaos as it had been totally changed since my last visit in June. Half of the facility has been closed. The staff are coping extremely well in difficult circumstances.

I think Dr. Brown did not take time to definitely find out my situation with arthritis. I hurt terribly most of the time. It was just that at the present, I was not hurt that bad. I put a good report, but I am definitely in lots of pain and need help from a physician. I would like for Dr. Brown to see me more often than once a year. I don't think that is sufficient. I need to be seen maybe three to six months apart, not one year.

I'm sad you are closing this practice. Every time I get a good rheumatologist they leave and now the practice will be gone. It's hard to find a good doctor in this field. Dr Brown was new to me but knew my history, was concerned about my health and listened carefully. He spoke to me personally and gave me options. I also needed to message him with a question and got back to me quickly and answered my question. I also love his bow ties lol I hope you keep him after you close this office.

There is nothing I found to need improvement. The staff is courteous and efficient. One change had been made that I found made the visit even more efficient than the already excellent encounters I have had in the past. The patient current health sheet is more streamline and given in the waiting room instead of the exam room. The former was easy, but this was even better. I also am impressed with the technique and pleasant demeanor of the lab technician. She puts me completely at ease with the part of care routine that is absolutely necessary. I have always been adverse to blood draws since most other technicians have had trouble finding a vein. She knows how best to work with me. Working with Dr Brown to learn more about my RA has been a rewarding journey. He is gently straightforward and leads me to better understand my body systems requirements and how to work toward a better quality of health life. He listens carefully and addresses my concerns. He is wonderful physician. I am so thankful Prisma brought him to the upstate area.

The visit was fine. Though I was to get a blood test kit, I was only given paperwork to fill out for bloodwork . When I arrived at the seneca hospital they asked me for a kit. I apologized and told them I only recieved the paperwork. Luckily they had a spare but no box blood was drawn and sent out hopefully ok.
