Manager appointment times. My appointment was at 3:30pm, saw the doctor at 5:00pm, left just before 6.

I had to wait about 25 minutes, so room for improvement there. The physician did apologize for the wait, which I thought was quite admirable. Otherwise the visit was great. Dr explained everything thoroughly. A prompt referral and a follow-up was made at this appt.

Nurse/tech hardly communicated any information regarding what was being done. Wait time was too long, no acknowledgment or explanation provided.

my daughter has alot of anxiety surrounding the eye drops. So a bit more time for her to adjust to them would have been appreciated but it was also the end of the day so I understand the desire to expedite her care

The entire visit from start to completion was what I needed to make crucial decisions about my health. Dr. Pogrebniak is an exceptional healthcare professional and expressed compassion and concern for me. He is a sterling example of how every doctor should treat their patients !

I think this practice would GREATLY benefit from not overbooking patients. Every time we have an appointment, whether it is for dilation or not, we wait over an hour. This visit in particular took us around 2 hours, and our daughter wasn't dilated for this one. When he entered the room, Dr. Po did immediately acknowledge the wait that we had and apologized. He also mentioned that he was just returning from vacation last week, but I don't think it's fair to the patients for that to be made up for by overbooking. Possibly the scheduler needs to pay better attention to how many dilated vs non-dilated patients they are scheduling for each time period of the day. I will say, for this visit, I overheard Dr. Po ask if there were any more non-dilated patients before he went to finish up with his dilated ones. No one altered him that we were in the exam room and were non-dilated. So, that implies there was a huge miscommunication from the tech who checked us in, and lack of knowledge as to which patients were in which rooms. It is very discouraging to hear and know that the staff don't even know who is in each room. With that being said, as I already stated, we always have a very long wait for our bi-annual check ups and that is frustrating. Whether the fault is on the doctor or practice, the scheduling process needs MAJOR improvement. We know many other patients who see Dr. Po and they have the same feedback that we do... he's a great physician but he is always overbooked.

Care provided was exceptional. I just wish we didn't have to wait six months for an appointment and 1 hour in the exam room after check in before being seen.

If the doctor could please stop treating my son as if he cannot hear or understand and stop treating him like a vegetable, that would be great.
