I trust Ali Whitten. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. I highly recommend her. She is a nurse practitioner but she is my main provider of choice.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Ali. She is always incredibly kind and attentive. She is a great listener, answers all my questions, and I feel like she genuinely cares about her patients. She offered me different options when I told her I couldn't afford a sleep apnea test and medications that aren't covered by insurance and made me feel at ease about it. She is really an asset to the practice.

Was given a drug screen, but wasn't told it was a "drug screen", but a urinalysis for other things, according to the technician who did my blood draw. So, that was surprising when I saw "drug screen" on mychart. Ali didn't mention ordering it at all, before sending me across the hall for my blood draw.

Get rid of the lady at the front desk and her nasty attitude, she is rude every time I come in I'm to the point I'm ready to leave Prisma all together. This lady is the only person I ever have issues with no other person and any of my doctors offices with prisma has the issue about her. She always asked for my co-pay and I tell her I have met my deductible and my out-of-pocket, then that's when she gets the attitude. I told her I'll pay it But they were just gonna have to send it back but then she don't wanna have nothing to say she just sits there and does not acknowledge you speaking to but once I sit down, she wants to start talking crap about me to her other employees and then when she realizes I could hear her, she cut the TV in the lobby on.

I have liver disease and told the practitioner to make sure the antibiotics were safe for my liver. I read the patient summary and it clearly states that acute liver failure can occur. Also called my pharmacist who confirmed it's not safe for me with my condition. I was given an antibiotic which could have caused serious damage.

There was a slight mix-up, misunderstanding because I had received a bridge for a certain medication that I was going to be running out of. It was quickly corrected and turned out to be just fine. So, I was well satisfied.

When a doctor's office makes you an appointment and you show up on time then once you're called to the back, you have to wait 15-20 minutes for your doctor to see you it can be annoying because the facility expect you to be on time or they cancel your appointment, but the doctor can make you wait to be seen
