I don't think there's anything to improve upon. Dr Lunsford has amazing recall and is the most well informed, knowledgeable provider I think we've ever had. Also very willing to help after hours.

The waiting room is drab and not very welcoming. It would be great to have some plants or welcoming art work.

I felt that Dr. Lunsford listened to everything my son talked about. She took steps that we needed for the next level of care that he needed. She gave us more information than we expected that helped in the long run. Very respectful and plan to continue care with her in the future.

No, your audience be aware that not all parents and patience. Understand what you're saying, but also be aware too, and be aware that when you tell someone that they will die a certain age.

Personally, I think everything is fine. I feel that they take very good care of the children, they listen, and they are clean. Everything is fine from my personal point of view.
