The doctor was very helpful. It was able to make a quick diagnosis of a large right plural effusion as the cost for my shortness of breath. He referred me to the emergency room and the plural effusion was drained.

The doctor and nurses were very professional and I feel confident with the care that was provided.

You should use manual BP and not machines. B/P always lower when checked manually. Would also appreciate the MA to verbally give you your vitals.

Saw doctor in emergency room. He quickly got up to speed and recommended get admitted to Prisma. Excellent care!

The Dr was interested & went over my drugs & pacemaker procedure, looked at it online & showed me. He made a recommendation & reassured me. I'm very grateful for him seeing me.

Dr gilmer was wonderful. He was kind, listened closely, reviewed my file, and gave me hope things would be better. I would wish things in the regular office would run as smoothly and care given in this way. There is little follow-up there and getting in touch messages are not returned. Request for perscription refills are not answered. Again Dr Gilmer was wonderful and should receive credit for it

Every part of my visit went well

Everyone was GREAT except for the nurses who took my blood pressure. She was very nice but her technique was very wrong. I have been a nurse for 47 years and she pushed my sleeve up tight on my upper arm, took my BP and of course it was very high... she essentially was using my sleeve/cuff as a tourniquet!

A good visit..

Testing and diagnosis was quickly done, I was listened to and offered things to give me relief. I came prepared to sit for long periods before labs were taken and then to get prelim results. Everything happened with speed and I was on my way home in 15 minutes!

Doctor ordered urinalysis but I was taken to get the other tests run and went to the bathroom before I was given a urine sample container. We all forgot about it until the end. Uranalysis cup should be taken care of first before anything else.

Everything worked out perfectly. I called. I got the appt asap. The nurse and doctor was great.

There is not a way that I could have been offered more support or improved my trust. I have the upmost respect for Dr. Gilmer and the entire staff! Everyone was very courteous and kind to me! I was well informed, and everyone answered the questions that I asked. I did not feel like a number! Dr. Gilmer and the staff were absolutely incredible! I am blessed to have a team of staff members and Dr. Gilmer to care for my health!!

Hello, the reason I'm having trouble is because my house was struck by lightning and I couldn't get, I wasn't able to call you back to make the appointment. I'm taking the medicine that the doctor gave me and he was courteous and fun. I'm just, I'm trying to get through those questions because I need some help. I've taken the medicine and I'm by myself. I don't have anybody that can stay with me. So please, just pass this on. And I thank you very much. Bye.

Lab personnel in the Same Day Clinic could be more professional and congenial. This is the second time I was see there and both times the workers were kind of uninterested and rushing to give instructions. Then, just talking to each other, kind of ignoring patients. The actual doctor appointment was very very good.

Dr. Gilmer has given and continues to give me the upmost care. I am still not well, and it's been a scary situation. He has continued to order tests and tell me exactly what I should do in different scenarios. I can't recommend him enough!!

The nurses were very kind. Dr. Gilmer explained the medication that he was going to give me and also when I was to take the medicine. He was very kind and thorough. I can't think of any way that anything could be improved.

Dr Gilmer saved my life. He diagnosed lung cancer that was totally random - no symptoms- and he followed through to make sure the doc he referred me to called and set an appointment. He is a superb diagnostician. I have just seen him for a sinus infection and he was very thorough

This was my first visit to IMA Same Day Clinic. I was pleased with everything. I would definitely recommend to IMA patients.

I'm still dealing with the issue that I have, and it's very painful, and it's not going away. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do, but it didn't really help whatever they asked me to do. So it's not improving any of it at all. So I don't know how respectful that is, but I don't know how that has to do with the question. But I'm still struggling with the infection that I have.

Dr Gilmer is an excellent physician. He sits down and listens to me. He isn't backing out the door. I told the ladies in my breast cancer support group if they needed someone that listens and hears them and responds accordingly to ask for Dr. Gilmer.

None. Dr. Gilmer went above and beyond in explaining my EKG, and he even drew me a diagram to explain further. Regarding my other issues, he was very thorough. I appreciate seeing him.

The service level at the quick clinic was far better that I expected.

The dr said I most likely had a condition that started with an "a". I thought this would be in the MyChart notes for reference but it wasn't. So I'm not really sure exactly what I have.

Absolutely nothing ... best Dr's office I've ever had (I work in many Dr. offices as front staff so I know what a well-run office looks like) I have never run across discourteous staff or medical professionals at this office. They are always kind and super helpful.
