I do not have anything negative to say about the doctor or the staff. They were very kind. They were worried about me. She was sympathetic and caring and worried and just wanted the best for me. And when I decide to have something such as surgery done to my knee, I promise you she will be the first one I'll call. Thank you. Let her know what a great doctor she is. This group works well together. Dr Althoff, nurses, exray tech, scheduler, etc.. could not have been more helpful. They seemed concerned about my injury and gave me a plan for recovery.

I pressed the wrong key on the second question. The receptionist was just absolutely wonderful. And I think I hit the wrong button on that and didn't give her a good rating. So I do not want any bad feedback going on this office at all, this office. From the doctors to all the people, nurses, front office staff, everybody is top-notch, super. Thank you.

I got what I needed and know I can reach out at any time.

Dr. Did not have enough information without sending me for an MRI for a closer look. I did feel a bit rushed. Was not given any advice of how to take care of the discomfort I am in now. Maybe slow down a little and the I've advice for now while we wait for MRI results

Staff was excellent. I have no complaints

After my procedure I need a workout plan to strengthen my shoulder and back arms.

There is no way I could have had a better doctor than Dr. Althoff . She is absolutely fabulous. The staff was great. I could not have asked for any better responses to my questions or been treated with any more respect. She is absolutely one of the best additions to Prisma that I have ever known.
