Mrs. Gambill makes me feel very welcomed and appreciated. She is very down to earth. With her knowledge and cunning wits. I have a provider with whom makes a visit Pleasant. Not only her, the whole facility greets you with respect. From the moment you walk in the front door you're greeted with a smile. I would recommend this practice to family, friends, etc.

As always everyone was very courteous and professional. I always get treated great when I visit the facility. I feel that Dr. Gambill takes very good care of me. She always spends ample time with me if I have questions or concerns.

Make sure identity checked & correct saying information out loud is a privacy violation my opinion ask for id so information is not shared in lobby. Make sure all basic test or done before doctor comes in blood pressure, temperature, pulse. 02 saturation. Make sure only patients go to lab area Speak with patient after lab test that is usually the procedure nurse or doctor. The hippa information is not shown and that is a violation they just want you to sign electronically saying it is for hippa and the document should be posted or on a clip board for all before they sign. The team is very polite and caring and professional. An they all seem to work hard to keep patients healthy.

My doctor was attentive and gave me the information needed related to areas of concern along with the medication to treat these issues. She requested monitoring and a follow up visit.

I called the next day to talk to the nurse, and she never called me back. So she could have called me back, I think, to answer the question that I had.

Continue the regiment you're currently running. Everything from the staff to the provides are superb.

More people checking in. At 7:45, only one person working and there was a line to check-in. Checking out was quick with two working.

Wouldn't change anything

I did not feel like my needs were met and I felt like the doctor was more concerned with her comfort level than mine so I'm there for treatment and she's worried about prescribing me the same medicine I've been prescribed for 30 years. it's ridiculous. Makes me very uncomfortable.

She answered all my questions!

I was concerned because I was hoping to get back on my previous medication that a former doctor had given me, Xanax and Percocet, and I did not get an explanation for not giving it. And I am very saddened about it, but I know that that's the way it is these days, I guess. I don't know. But thank you.

Dr Gambill is a newer Doctor for me. Because of my previous history it takes time for me to know and trust a new provider. This is not your shortcoming and I know with time my trust level will grow Thanks for asking.

Honestly it was a wonderful visit. It was my first time coming here and everyone I saw from the receptionist, my nurse, the doctor in training, and the doctor all were very nice and welcoming.

There is no way that my visit could be improved! I haven't been to a doctor in many years, and I was nervous about seeing a new provider. The nurses and doctor put me at easy and were extremely helpful and professional. My attitude going in was that I could visit once and never return. I now know that I have found my new doctor.
