    Dr Stroupe was so accommodating. We did a video visit but her concern for me was amazing. She asked me to come in for xray and to see her. I had a hard schedule that day but she made a way for me to get in. I really loved her care and compassion.

    I have no suggestion. All I know is my provider took the time I needed to get answers to all my questions. Usually, I don't have much to ask but I needed time to get all my questions answered to make some decisions. I was so appreciative for experiencing the fact I was cared about

    The nurse called me the next day and belittled me making me upset while I was at work. I explained I needed a refill for my medication, was told to call the pharmacy because I had 1 left. I had already inquired about it and did not have any refills and told them so. I would like someone to contact me regarding this issue.

    I really don't know. Everyone was so nice and professional. The only thing I can say is the wait time was longer than I am used to with prisma.

    The doctor told me that they would call me in about a half an hour regarding my flu results. But nobody called me. I did eventually see in my email or text that My Chart had a message for me and then I looked in there and found out that I was positive for flu type A. I would've liked the phone call so I could've asked about what medication I was going to receive. That information came from an email or text I got from CVS that they were getting my prescription ready.

    If I'm not going to pulled from the lobby until 3 p.m. then my appointment shouldn't be at 2:25...I was nauseated, had been throwing up since I woke up Monday morning. I felt too bad to sit in the lobby for over 35 minutes.

    Once past the "business end" at the desk, the Doctor, Nurse, and Radiologist were outstanding in their care, concern, and professionalism. The Nurse got me a wheelchair when she came to call me in, and I was assisted upon leaving. Only coming in before the desk could have been better. I had to struggle with a walker and stand waiting until someone behind the desk noticed me. Otherwise, it could not have been better. I felt fortunate to have such excellent care.
