The doctor and staff were excellent Great team

I absolutely love Dr Burgess he is the best

Nothing else. It was a quick follow-up. He prescribed medicine and will see me in six weeks to make sure it's effective. He's a very nice person, and knows what he is doing.

Nothing needs to be improved. Everything was excellent.

All was done well!!

We waited about 25-30minutes for a nurse to come in to get a nose swab. I went out to the nurses station and she was doing something on the computer. I had other obligations that i needed to get to.

Inside looks clean and good, but the outside needs attention Dr Andy Burgess is very easy to talk to, is very knowledgeable, and has kept up with recent problems with my condition and comments from other doctors!

I absolutely love this office and I'm so glad that I switched because I felt more heard and listened to hear that I have the whole first year of my son's life

Nothing on this visit. Appreciated that the MyChart pre-visit work was captured and didn't require additional questions. This is the first time, last few years I've completed the MyChart forms and then asked to do them again. And I appreciated the move to Abridge/ambient listening for providers.

This was a VIRTUAL and it went well - therefore some questions in this questionaire did not apply such as clean office or clean hands or nurses

Honestly I don't know how to answer that. I came with a lengthy list of things to talk over and Dr Burgess patiently everything without judgement or rushing through the conversation. It felt like I was talking to a knowledgeable friend. Really appreciated it.
