Have dedicated doctors that actually get to know the mothers, it's a true shame we have to see so many and none of the care feels personalized. Feel like another number in a medical system and no choice about it. Very disappointing

Dr Rodi was amazing. She was very personal and professional

I was very turned off by the paper I had to sign before I saw the doctor saying that certain things were off limits to discuss because of the type of visit it was. Then when I mentioned this to the doctor, she said it was because of insurance filing and I could be charged with 2 office visits if the visit got off topic, or she'd be glad to discuss further if I wanted to schedule another visit to come back at a different time. She just had to follow the rules. This is extremely inconvenient for a patient to need to do this. And the communication made me very uncomfortable to discuss much of anything. This is very greedy of Prisma and doesn't make the patient feel very cared for. It definitely seemed like profit was more important over the health of the patient.

A shorter wait once I was there - it didn't seem very busy and the doctor said there was plenty of room. I waited around 45 minutes in the initial waiting room (I got there 15 minutes before appointment as I was instructed). Otherwise, the doctor was amazing!! So patient, caring, and understanding!

Dr Rodi is an exceptional doctor. She has great listening skills , expertise and compassion.

Doctor Rodi is so pleasant, caring, and comforting. I had two visits with her during my first pregnancy 3 years ago and she was just as amazing and wonderful then as she is now. I feel so comfortable with all the doctors at this clinic, but doctor Rodi is by far the most caring, personable, and supportive doctor I have seen during my pregnancy. Everything is perfect and the nurses and staff are all wonderful each time I come for my appointment. I am very happy and satisfied with the treatment I get here.

I'm very happy with my visit

It was my first visit with this provider. I had a great experience. I loved how quickly I saw a nurse and then doctor- no long periods in waiting room.

I thought the visit was great and the staff was very interested in my care.

No one was very welcoming. The check in desk was not very nice. She seemed to dislike her job! There was no one at the desk when we left. All staff was gone.

There was a medical student in the room for my exam, but I think I should have been asked if I was ok having her in there. (I was ok, but I still should have been asked first.)
