I'm a little disappointed that with the renovations the office and exam rooms look so generic. However, I will say that this office is leaps & bounds over the Prisma rehab office. The rehab center is dark, dirty and depressing.

Could have spent a little more time going over the issues I'm having but it was a lot so it's understandable, im sure the doctor had lots of stuff going on

Some concerns about the nurse computers being visible to pts that walk by. I think the set up could have been different for patient privacy.

Most patients in waiting room said it was cold when doors opened I was fine.

Over all Prisma Doctors and staff are very caring individuals. I have faith in them for having my best interests in mind.

I cannot think of anything else Dr. Childs did not cover with me. I feel comfortable with her and feel like I can talk to her about anything. Dr. Childs is a true asset to Prisma/Seneca Medical!
