Firstly the staff should not be able to control the thermostat is was blazing hot in there and I almost passed out I was extremely dizzy from the heat... secondly I was there early for my sons appointment and we was there for over a hour and a half that ridiculous... it was supposed to be a routine 20 minute appointment but instead we was there waiting to be seen for forever and the nurse kept forgetting to do basic things

Instead of the nurse giving me alcohol wipes for the private part of my daughter, I think she should have given us wipes that is specific to private parts... I did not use the alcohol wipes for my child.
