I was very impressed with Dr. Nam, and it was easy to get an appointment with him which surprised me. I felt very reassured after meeting with him, and I felt that I could contact him anytime if I had issues. Issues. He is an excellent physician with a great bedside manner All of his staff were friendly and very competent and professional.

I think the staff and doctors there did everything they can to make you feel comfortable in the place was looked at very nice and I don't think they could do anything more to improve because they was very well respectable and and show care about my health

I was not happy about having to complete paperwork as a new patient because I informed the intake associate that I was already in the system and had completed the online check-in. I was told by the intake associate that the staff in that office preferred paperwork. I feel that this is a waste of time and resources and counterproductive to the system that Prisma Health has in place.
