I can't think of anything that would have improved my care and emotional wellbeing Dr Dean and staff are the best I have seen and I have seen many Doctors in my lifetime.

Dr Dean is very efficient with the minimal time Prisma allows her to see patients. Doctors shouldn't be forced to see as many they are scheduled per day. She is very good and makes the best of the time she allowed

I keep up with all my appointments but when u get sick and need to see a doctor it's hard to get one. They did call me back 2 days later and saw another doctor in the practice. Alls well.

I came for help. Im self diagnose myself. Stopped certain things in my life or day to day to figure out whats wrong. The only thing she paid attention to was I eat ice. Im always cold n give blood on a regular basis so only seeing that I have low iron was not suffice for me. I did not receive that with me stopping coffee, caffeine more exercise more activities if this was working. I sometimes have back pain and anxiety prescription was ordered but no conversation. I asked to do physical therapy and she was very nonchalant and I requested to be in Lexington and now I have a homework assignment to find one in my network and then ask for her to approve. At this point Google doing more then she is at helping me. I cant sleep unless I take something and I feel THAT should have been a cry for help like lady I need help and I have to go out and find it. So at my annual im still stuck with my issues and only have been prescribed ibuprofen 800 which only puts the pain at ease so that I can continue to go to work. I stated multiple times I cannot take off work and still she seemed to not care.

Right now, I don't see anything that y'all need to improve. Maybe some doctors having bedside manner or what but so far every doctor and nurse that I have come across taking care of my health issues have been very nice and very respectful. I like Dr. Dean she's been my doctor for a while now and I don't wanna lose her cause she knows all about what's wrong with me. OK that being said thank you you have a good day.

None! Dr. Dean is exceptional! She listens, advises, knows everything about my history and is super knowledgeable about my issues. She responds almost instantaneously and so helpful and thoughtful. Her whole staff is outstanding!

The lab tech had trouble getting my blood. She was very polite though.

I was very pleased with my visit and there nothing that could have been better. Dr Dean was so good and attentive to my symptoms and really explained to me what was going on and I understood her. After 1day of medication I'm feeling better already.

Everything was great

The nurse who took my vitals barely acknowledged my existence. When she came to get me, she took me to the area with the scale and just sort of gestured at it, which confused me. Being autistic, I struggle to understand vague cues like that and would have preferred direct instructions. As she clicked through my medical history, she barely spoke to me and asked no questions about the symptoms I listed that brought me in. I felt as though I wasn't being taken seriously, even though I am experiencing extremely concerning symptoms.

Dr. Dean provides top-notch care, demonstrating both exceptional professionalism and genuine compassion. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and ensures her patients feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout the entire process. Her dedication and attention to detail truly set her apart.

I waited in the room for 30 min after my appt time. I appreciated getting back to the room quickly and also the care I received once the doctor came in, but would have appreciated some update or acknowledgment while I waited.

Offer refills on prescriptions that were listed as expired but needed. Option to pickup and complete intake medical history packet prior to appointment. Everything and everything else was great! The entire staff left a very positive impact on me! This place was is a good fit!

Since switching to the office I have been very pleased with my care from each of the staff that I have interacted with throughout my visit.

The only thing I'd like to see is maybe put the xray and electrocardiogram in the building

The floater was not familiar with my appt process and needing to fill out my A&D forms but that's no big deal. I just went through the questionnaire with my doctor.

40 minute wait time once in the room. Appt at 3:20, provider entered at 4pm. My time is valuable as well.
