This practitioner is excellent. Makes me feel comfortable, heard, and understood. I can't think of anything that could have been done better.

Only my second visit so I don't really have a rating. Ashley Peace was my provider at my previous healthcare provider, so I was very grateful that she was here now. I am new to the practice so knowing Ashley and the great care I've always received from her in the past, made my transition to a new practice extremely smooth and easy.

Support and trust has always been great at palmetto family First time seeing Doctor Peace she was very professional and made me feel like she really cared. Took time to understand my reason for my visit and make sure I was clear on how to take my meds so trust and support was great, how can Prisma improve just support and take care of the people at palmetto family all the people there go the extra mile every time I go. From the time I walk in to the time I leave everyone is great take care of them. Prisma you need them because people like me need them. Let them know you got their back hey when they clock out they live in the same world we do let them know you and people like me trust and care ?

The Dr. doesn't seem to readily answer messages sent- however my NP Ashley is so great with communicating with me. She is patient, kind, empathetic, sincere and really cares for her patients. She is an example of excellence in knowing her patients and providing them the best care. TU

Your staff and medical providers are excellent! I can't think of anything that needs improvement.

By scheduling a follow up appt instead of leaving me with no follow up after new med was prescribed. No blood work was scheduled and I was unable to answer a follow up phone call, so I am left without any follow up, no needed blood work, and I do not know which dr.

She is a good doctor

Every one was kind and efficient

I came too the dr. Office without an appointment. The nurse and doctor listened to my problem of a possible head injury, a possible subdural hematoma. I had such a injury before. Without hesitation the doctor did ask many important questions about my health. The Staff did set an MRI the next day at 8: AM. This medical staff was above and beyond. If the whole hospital works together like this medical staff, Prisma has nothing to worry about. I know they do because I have had three operations recently. The surgical teams were outstanding

My appointment was booked wrong. This was a first time Medicare new patient appointment but was initially booked as an exam. Love NP Ashley, she's awesome!

Great staff

I know that doctor's have a time frame and that sometimes they get behind, but I need to trust that I am in good hands. I loved chatting with Dr. Peace, but she seemed in a rush when talking with me. I did not like that. I wasn't sure if I wanted to talk about my problems with her. This is my 3rd doctor with this facility. My other two left.

I am impressed and satisfied with the treatment I received.
