Front desk didn't seem as friendly or as directing as the rest of the staff

No improvements needed! Everyone always has a pleasant attitude! Ashley Jeffords always takes the time to listen to her patients and answer any questions they might have.

The nurse could have asked was there anything concerning me that I wanted to address before the doctor came in? I actually wanted to give a urine sample before I got undressed to get checked.

Y'all are amazing and make the whole process stress free and easy!

Check out lady was very nice .... Checking in ........ not mean but not nice either just THERE . To sum it up I was ready to leave her window I wasn't rushing to leave check out window so maybe check out made me feel welcomed and checkout lady seem like I inconvenienced her and I could have as I know they are busy but as far as everything and everyone else, it was awesome. This is my new GYN. Tell the front desk to smile maybe .

It would have been nice if Ms. Jepard had asked if I was okay, any symptoms I was feeling, did not ask any of those things, just kind of made fun of my other results from the urgent care. She did. She kind of just missed me from my other results of the urgent care, didn't ask anything about me at all. Made me feel terrible about myself.

Ashley takes her time with her patients and I wish more of the prisma health care professionals did the same (10 mins is not long enough in most cases).

They did everything to make me feel respected and listened to me I love it there will definitely go back and recommend others.

Ashley is always easy to talk with. She is more like a friend then a doctor. She care about your feeling and tries to help anyway possible. This has been from day one. She just makes you feel comfortable.
