I'm having problems because my son's prescription never arrived. I've been to Walmart twice and they tell me they never received the order from the clinic, so they're failing miserably.

Please make sure you assign personnel who knows how to draw blood. I was pierced in twice and I got scared when I saw the two holes produced blood. It hurt so bad that I almost decided to stop tbe procedure when she told me I can coz I already screamed due to pain.

Faster in and out. It took 90 minutes to have five min of doctor time.

Honestly I can't think of a way to improve my visit! I was taken care of and treated with kindness and respect!

Dr Tell and her nurse were great! I love how she actively listens and interacts in a meaningful way. She is the best doctor I have seen in a very long time. I highly recommend her to all I know.

When I called to get an appointment, I was told to call a rheumatologist. That was not her decision to make. Kind of rude to tell the truth. Eventually, someone else called to say they had a cancelation for the next day with Dr Tell. I did take it. Dr. Tell helped me and did an excellent job.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Tell. She took the time to discuss some issues that are being treated by my gastroenterologist. I had received a medication. Since it was the first time I tended to forget taking it. Dr Tell explained what it does and why it was so important. I really can't think what you can do to improve. I am totally satisfied.

For annual physicals it is best to automatically place order for blood lab work at least two weeks prior to the appointment so patients can schedule for them.

Have doctors that work more than two days a week

Dr. Tell has been beyond amazing. I know I have a lot going on. She has always made sure I was taken care of. She makes me feel like I'm her only patient. Regardless if it's in person or emailing. Dr. Tell has made me feel very comfortable with her care.

Work harder to keep providers employed by Prisma health

The art on the walls there gives a terrible impression of the environment to patients and is very irritating. Hope they didn't pay more than $2 for each piece. Surely Prisma can do better.

Very pleased to have been seen by Dr Tell. Very attentive, down to earth- communication with other doctors is vital and much appreciated. Helpful with explaining health issues and offering suggestions as well as follow up. I feel like I'm in capable hands!
