My visit could not have been any better. All of the staff was courteous and respectful and sanitary from office staff to the nurses and provider .

Beth was really great with my treatment. I am in a sticky situation where we don't exactly know what's going on with my health right now. She was knowledgeable. She referred me to several specialists to try to help, you know, to get my situation, to get me back, you know, to my baseline. The specialists have been helpful. I'm just still waiting on one specialist with the referral. And it was an incident with the referral, but it was not on Beth's end. It was on the specialist's end. But she and her staff were great. They were knowledgeable. They provided me with, you know, every resource possible. I could not ask for anything else to be done. They were really great.

I failed to communicate all my concerns. The prover was excellent.

I can't think of any improvements to be made by the clinical staff that cared for me, nor of the provider. Beth is always exceptional at each visit. This is the best primary care experience I have ever had! Thank you for everything!

Honestly, since I've been seeing FNP Fiszer and her staff, there isn't one bad thing I could say about them. They listen and offer the best care they can. It actually feels like you are a person in the office compared to just a number.

I really liked the iPad to type in information. Keep that.

Nothing. I am always treated so good. I couldn't ask for a better staff to take care of me. I recommend people all of the time to this office because of the great care that I receive! Beth, her nursing staff and everyone else take such great care of me and I am for thankful to them! Check in, check out and everything in between are excellent!

Get a real MD and there I will never go again that nurse practitioner prescribed. Mason antipsychotic medicine and all I needed was medicine to help me sleep. Needless to say I did not buy the medicine at the drugstore and the pharmacist told me I did not need that type of medicine.

I trust Beth she listens to you tell you what she needs you to ??

I just love everybody in this office. They were so professional, but yet personable.!

No improvement necessary. I have zero complaints or negativity towards anyone I interacted with. That's why I travel 30 minutes via Uber for to see Beth and her nurse.

The person at the checkout seemed to be about my follow-up. I questioned about some things that I spoke about with the doctor and the nurse. And she said, I don't see anything about that. When is your next appointment? And I thought she was going to follow up with me and an appointment with the OBGYN. And she said, I'm like, I'm not sure. We'll have to check back with them. I think it was confusion about something. And what all I spoke about spoke to the doctors and the nurses, she was confused about any follow up.

Nothing needs to be changed. It was a pleasure to go there Doctor and associates are polite and respectful thank you

Hey, I apologize. Where I put the three, I hit the wrong button. And where I put one, I made a mistake. But everything is a four. So please forgive me.

By listening to me fully, respecting my medical knowledge, and honoring the specific procedure I requested without reducing it to something else. I came in informed and ready to advocate for myself, and instead of being supported, I felt dismissed. My provider's demeanor was cold and disconnected from the start, which made it difficult to trust the conversation that followed. I needed warmth, continuity, and acknowledgment - not correction or assumption.

It would be hard to improve on the treatment I received. Both the nurse and the nurse practitioner were excellent. Can't say enough!

Find it odd that in the several years I've been under the care of my physician, I've never been asked to disrobed for a more thorough exam..... is this normal policy in the state of SC? Or is it because I'm on Medicare now?

I have no complaints about my visit with Beth,I think she is the best, she really cares about her patients, just love her.

I only have one thing and that would be be the wait inside the exam room, but I won't complain because I got in to see the doctor sooner than expected.

Nothing! This is the best care team I have ever had! I do not dread going to the office. It's like going to visit with friends and then they also take care of your healthcare needs. I am truly blessed to have found Paul, Julia and Beth!

I really don't know but I really do trust yall whole staff team with my life thanks so much for caring for others if my best friend were to ask me how could she find a good family doctor I would recommend prisma Health to her because all of yall is great and I'm so glad that yall are my favorite family doctor God bless you all in the name of love ??
