In my case everything was handled so well until I can't think of anything they could do differently.

Trust in the LORD ! For ONE !

There is nothing other. As the helicopter son who gives principal care for Mother, together with my three other siblings, PA Simpson is superior in every way. Most importantly, she attends to Mother as I think she would her mother. That cannot be understated or underappreciated, for which my siblings and I are truly grateful.

I had a very good visit.

My provider is excellent, and she wanted me to only get stuck once for blood work, and so we tried to combine both. But when I went to the second provider, which was cardiology, they said they only draw for cardiology, which meant that I had to go to Med Park 14, and Med Park 14 said they're not really part of the hospital, and that I would be responsible for out-of-pocket charges instead of being covered, possibly. I thought that was interesting, and I thought that people should know. So I just wanted to leave that as feedback. Thank you.

Bethany Simpson is a very caring provider and does a wonderful job of really listening to any concerns I have. The entire office staff also help to make the experience positive. I always recommend this office to friends if they are looking for a new provider.

Everything was done very well.

Bethany Simpson is absolutely wonderful and an amazing doctor and she is the only reason that I continue to go to this office. The other staff there and the ladies checking in and the nurses are horrible. They do not answer anything. They don't answer the MyChart. They don't call in refills. They don't do anything. And then when you call, they're very rude on the telephone. But the Dr. Simpson is absolutely wonderful. And she is the only reason that I continue to go to this office.

This is just to offer feedback. The experience was great. There was nothing that could have been done to make it better because Ms. Bethany is always great. My son said that she's amazing. I really like how she's patient and very understanding and she gives a lot of great information and resources. So I really appreciate her and making him comfortable and sometimes going to the doctor could be kind of scary for him.

Very good care!

The nurse did not seem as experienced as she needed to be as the cuff had the sensor on the back of my arm instead of on the brachial artery. I explained to her how that would change the blood pressure and when she retook it, it showed the correct blood pressure instead of a higher reading.

She did not offer any medication to help my problems. I want be seeing her again.

The visit was top notch!

I waited almost an hour and a half in the exam room before the Dr saw me. I was then given a prescription for something that I didn't feel will actually help me. Seemed like a waste of time for me to come in.

My visit did not indicate any support or improvements. I was highly satisfied with my visit. The staff was pleasant and very professional. Bethany Simpson is professional, knowledgeable, and most important, she is caring.

Maybe talk quieter in the hallway. I listened to my entire medical history being discussed before the providers entered the room. If I heard it I know others in the rooms even closer heard it.
