Bhairav Shah, MD, PharmD, recieved his medical degree from the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Camden, New Jersey, and his doctor of pharmacy degree from the Rutgers Ernest J. Mario School of Pharmacy in New Brunswick. He completed his residency in general surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk and a fellowship in pediatric surgery at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia.
His interests include pediatric minimally invasive surgery, thoracic disorders, necrotizing enterocolitis as well as bowel rehabilitation for patients with short gut syndrome.

PRISMA has been wonderful. I recently had one of my children there with a broken femur and the care we received was remarkable. With this child, I feel confident we will receive the same care. Well done PRISMA!

Dr. Shah and the staff are fabulous. Recommendations: The chairs and carpets are dirty. The equipment in one room (an exam table) is broken and poses a danger to the patient. This office needs to be updated with new furniture, flooring, and medical equipment.

Nothing. Everything was answered appropriately, everyone was very nice and knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable in the upcoming procedure. Dr. Shah was Amazing and explained exactly how the surgery would be done. Excellent all around.

There is literally nothing that could make us trust Dr. Shah and his team more than we already do. The care my son received from this clinic is the care I wish all patients could experience.
