No complaint. Very good care from all of the staff. So glad I have Dr Wilkerson as my new doctor for the Ménière's disease.

My wait was a little long, but other than that, everything was good.

Nothing. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. Bathrooms were spotless and the waiting area was pleasant. Doctors and staff were very nice and seemed to really care.

At this practice, I feel that I am just a "number". The goal seems to be more about the quantity of patients that are seen rather than the "quality" of care. I like the ENT, but it is difficult to complete everything in 15 minutes and I usually feel rushed. That doesn't help a patient who is not feeling well and concerned about their situation.

Nothing comes to mind. Everything was very well accomplished.

This office and its staff are absolutely amazing, completely professional and always make sure to provide excellent care, quality support each and every visit.

Respect my time. I've been to this practice twice and had to wait way past my appointment time before I was seen. If I had shown up that late to my appointment, they would have refused to see me.

Everyone knew the problem and what we need to do to find the problem. Great care was given to me during the visit.

No change. Everyone was wonderful.

Less waiting on dr to see me. I had to be at Dr's appointment at 10:20 for a 10:35 appointment. Did not see Dr until 11:25 for only 8 minutes. My time is important also. I have to take time away from my job which costs me money for the delayed time waiting.

I can't think of anything that would need improving

Your patient base is growing-you should not have to wait 2to3 months for an appointment or to reschedule the appointment. You may need more staff to accommodate your growing patient base.
