My last two appointments they canceled the day before my appointment and then they told me that I just didn't show up for the appointments but I have it on my phone where they sent me messages the day before the appointment saying they had to cancel and Dr. Wilkerson, he's like, why didn't you come to your last two appointments? And I said, you can't be asking me that. You guys canceled my appointment. I didn't just not show up, y'all canceled them. And maybe he didn't know. Maybe he was unaware. I'll definitely give him the benefit of that doubt for sure. But that's one thing. And there's some other things. And if a human being wants to call me, I'll talk about it. Thank you.

I need an appointment set up and was told it would probably be 4 to 6 months before I could be seen by the audiologists due to a person leaving and patients were being divided. This is unacceptable to me. I was not given a response that was pleasing to me so I therefore will seek treatment somewhere else if I'm not contacted very soon.

The waiting time was too long. My appointment was for 10:30 but they said to be there by 10:15. However, I was not taken back to see the doctor until about 11:10

I could not have any better care!!

This was a wonderful visit lead by people with the highest professional standards. The information I was given was not pleasant to hear, but it was given with caring and compassion. I would tell the world that Dr Wilkerson is an outstanding doctor and an exceptional human being. His staff could not have been better than they were. This office quickly scheduled other test and scans I have to have and were really advocates for me. I could not appreciate them more than I do, and I would tell them not to change a thing they do with their patient care.

Work on making sure that "established" patients can get in to see their doctor when they need to, even if they need to be "worked in". Stop focusing on "money" and focus on patient care. Put the patients first. Do not accept new patients when you cannot meet the needs of your established and faithful patients. Make "patients" the priority rather than focusing on "how many" you can see in a day. The health system is sadly broken.

I cannot think of anything to improve on from the initial person taking my weight to the technician I saw before Dr. Wilkerson I was treated with respect and gave me the feeling they all were interested in my well being. This is such a difference from what I have been seeing elsewhere.

They could not diagnose my issue so I had to schedule additional tests.

I honestly can't think of a thing that could have improved the experience. The entire team MORE than impressed me with their care, efficiency, competence, listening, every aspect of care! I anticipated an initial workup and a follow-up appointment to talk about scheduling any procedures, & was bowled over by the efficiency in assessment, consultation, hand-offs, & scheduling for my convenience! Based on the entirety of the visit I have completely Implicit Faith in upcoming treatment by everyone involved!!

Waiting room is loud even. Maybe separate one for kids vs adult patients. Kids seem to carry more germs and that makes me concerned since I have auto immune issues

No complaint. Very good care from all of the staff. So glad I have Dr Wilkerson as my new doctor for the Ménière's disease.

I was super impressed with Dr. Wilkerson and is PA. They both were a wealth of knowledge. They both went over my hearing test and told me things no other doctor has ever mentioned. I really appreciated both of them taking the time with me

Nothing. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. Bathrooms were spotless and the waiting area was pleasant. Doctors and staff were very nice and seemed to really care.

At this practice, I feel that I am just a "number". The goal seems to be more about the quantity of patients that are seen rather than the "quality" of care. I like the ENT, but it is difficult to complete everything in 15 minutes and I usually feel rushed. That doesn't help a patient who is not feeling well and concerned about their situation.

This office and its staff are absolutely amazing, completely professional and always make sure to provide excellent care, quality support each and every visit.

Respect my time. I've been to this practice twice and had to wait way past my appointment time before I was seen. If I had shown up that late to my appointment, they would have refused to see me.

Everyone knew the problem and what we need to do to find the problem. Great care was given to me during the visit.
