I needed a sooner appointment due to the pain I am experiencing. They were not able to comply. I am a tremendous amount of pain and surgery could not be scheduled until a month away.

DR. Redmond IS THE ONLY DOCTOR IN ALMOST 40 YEARS WHO UNDERSTANDS EXACTLY WHAT IS NEEDED TO FIX MY PROBLEM. IT IS A BLESSING TO FINALLY GET A DOCTOR WHO KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT I NEED TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THANK GOD HE WILL BE THE DOCTOR WHO WILL BE FIXING ME UP, AFTER SUCH A LONG TIME OF PAIN.

I was very well satisfied with my visit and treatment ! I really like Dr Redmond he doesn't or didn't seem like some doctors I've talked to just out to rush into something and get or take your money he was very thorough and explained things well and listened to what I had to say and answered my questions well ! To me ! In my opinion that's getting harder and harder to find ! I appreciated his courtesy and professionallizum!

The very first question I answered on this survey should have been a four also, I think. I stuttered, kind of, hit the wrong button, but it's yes, definitely, to every question.

Dr Redmond is brilliant! He listens! He gave me a path that didn't require surgery and it has liberated me. I can do things I wasn't doing for decades!! Others all they want to do is surgery. Will highly recommend him!!

The staff is always respectful and very concerned for my care!!

The nurse/ assistant treating me did not use care when removing my stitches, then she steri stripped the incision open which caused serious problems for days after my appointment. No treatment was offered

Very impressed it's been a year but still Dr. Redmond in my history. He also took the time to explain things to me and give me pointers and options. Very pleased with him and his staff.

Everything was fine. Glad he didn't have an emergency on my appointment day so I was in and out in a pretty timely manner. Dr. Redmond is great to work with.

A patient advocate- a lay person who had gone through what i was experiencing- would have been extremely helpful. I found, accidentally ,information about daily living tips on YouTube, but a real person would have been such a help. Dr Redmond was so compassionate. He is the best! He gave me options and was very clear in his answers to me.

Possibly a second bench chair in the waiting room to allow patients to place their leg on while waiting.

I am completely happy with my health care provider. He gave me additional information for long term care of my knee in addition to answering all my questions thoughtfully.
