Brittany Peacock, DO

Dr Peacock is an amazing dr who listens, is sympathetic and offers concrete advice. The only problem is how far booked up her schedule is. I had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment. I was not in pain so willing to wait but that is ridiculous. I have been her patient since Dr Peacock came to this practice. She should not be assigned patients if the wait is this long.

I usually only see Dr. Peacock once a year for my physical. It is a really important time for me to go over the year and look forward. I would prefer to see her without the CMA in the room. The CMA interrupted Dr. Peacock and myself numerous times. The CMA tried to correct information that I knew was correct. I felt the CMA totally interrupted the flow of the physical and took away from my only visit a year. I also didn't feel as confident to share things I might have shared otherwise. The CMA needed to talk a lot less or none at all.

I have no complaints. I have several difficult to manage issues like Fibromyalgia, myofacial Pain Syndtome and panic attacks which can link up together. Dr. Peacock is always patient and listens to me and works hard to see my life is in balance so I can function.

Nothing. Everyone was pleasant and professional and we always have a nice visit with Dr. Peacock and her team!

There is nothing you could improve about Dr. Brittany Peacock and her staff. I've been going to her for 19 years and she is beyond a good doctor. Her listening ability is incredible and she's empathetic and just love her. So thank you.

This is the kindest, nicest office ever everybody treats you with kindness concern, and their most professional my doctors all of them that I have seen have been absolutely wonderful. I'm very very pleased with this office. What a wonderful staff.

I don't know of any. They're all GREAT. If you can't see your Dr and have to see another it's like they studied your chart and know how to treat you. Love love love everything this office!!!!

Okay, basically there was one issue and that issue was that there was confusion over the precise milligrammage of black cohosh I was supposed to be taking and how many pills in there. That caused a lot of confusion between myself and the pharmacy. That has not fully been cleared up yet.

The nurse doesn't know what I have going on at home . She did not have to write that I was irritated and would not answer her questions. I told her my restless legs were bothering me. She kept asking how bad my leg pain was. How many times to do I have to tell her No pain, they jump! My back was hurting not my legs. When you are in pain and can't sit long in fear of your legs moving on their own plus you are worried about getting home ASAP. No one wants to sit and answer the same questions over and over.

Continue working as usual, please. You are respectful, attentive, polite, professional.

I was in for a pap smear, and the way the room was set up, I was exposed when they opened the door. There was no way to cover up. Needed to add curtains or something to turn the tables, because that's not very nice.

I love Dr. Peacock, every time I get to see her. We make sure we discuss everything. I know her schedule gets really busy so I was very fortunate to get a cancellation appointment for the sun poisoning I have.
