He integrates traditional treatment strategies with the latest cutting-edge technology to enable patients to breathe better and live better. Dr. Tigner feels his purpose as a physician is to improve the quality of life for his patients and community by practicing medicine based on practical, applicable science in a caring and compassionate manner. Dr. Tigner is married with three beautiful children. He enjoys spending time with family and in the wonderful East Tennessee outdoors.
