Not related to this specific provider but to actually have fully functioning patient focused healthcare all of the electronic based information from non Prisma providers needs to be integrated into one access point for each patient. Electronic health records are great but if all the electronic information is not accessed from all providers then from a patient standpoint the benefits of an electronic record are not reaching full potential. Tell me that full integration of a patient's record from all providers can not be achieved!
