Everything was just fine

I don't know of any way. Everything was great. It always is.

They did everything I expected they should.

I cannot think of anything. Dr. Swofford is very thorough and puts his patient well being first. I have seen several nurses at the practice and they all were very c competent and professional.

I was satisfied with the way I was treated. I do feel that I was not given enough days of antibiotics but other than that. I was very happy with the care I received.

Everything was a positive experience from calling in for an appointment to having the prescription ready when I got to the pharmacy only 2 miles away. I met Dr Swofford for the first time and was impressed. He was a good listener and asked good questions about my symptoms. The staff was friendly and helpful in getting me a same day appointment. I cannot think of a single thing that could have been done differently to make the situation better. Well done e Prisma Family Health Care Walhalla.

I was pleased with my care and Dr Swofford. Dr Swofford was very pleasant and I never felt like he was rushing through my appointment.

I can't think of anything. I'm lucky to have the best Doctor that's out there. I hope I never have to see anyone but him!

Stop changing doctors around. My family and I am not happy either changes at all. We are thinking of going to another provider not in your Prisma company. Very upset about the changes!
