This provider was very sympathetic to my problem with pain and offered treatment that I had had before that helped the situation. I was very appreciative that she was willing to give me the treatment that had worked in the past. I am very thankful for the Convenient Care option, as it takes weeks many times to be able to get in to see the primary care physician. If one is in pain, that seems like an unbearable possibility.

When I went back for crutches at the facility, the lady behind the desk was confused and acted like she wasn't sure she was supposed to do that. The other nurse was really sweet, though.

Very happy with my visit and diagnosis

The LPN roomed me and said she would be back in 5 minutes. Her "5 minutes" was actually 20. I understand it can be busy (but follow thru would be nice)

The visit went just fine. I believe the nurse diagnosed and treated my condition correctly. I'm always a little apprehensive about being seen by anyone other than a MD but understand that SC has a severe medical doctor shortage.

My husband took my son to that appointment and he said that the nurse that they spoke to was very nasty because I had brought him in there earlier in the week and he needed to go back. And so my husband and my mom brought our son in and my husband said that the nurse was very nasty. We can't help you. There's nothing more we can do for him. So yeah, if that nurse can just be retrained in her politeness and her bedside manner, that would very much be appreciated. Thank you so much.

I did get an appointment exactly in a timely manner and they were great. Thank you.

I have no complaints about my care, they were as nice as could be. No rushing me and they truly listen to what I was saying. I know my provider looked over my old record because she asked questions about my care and she said what medicines she could and could not order because I was on this or that and that so medicine could interfere with one of my meds and because of some of my diagnosis. Therefore I believe she read my chart.

I have visited Candra Rich at Urgent Care on several occasions and always find her very kind, approachable, and understanding of my medical issues. I cannot think of anything further she could have done to have made this a more positive encounter. I have complete confidence in her professional abilities.

This is the best place I have ever been, literally. Noelle up front was wiping down the counters, told me why it was wet. I was nervous about going because I didn't know anybody. The nurse practitioner was fabulous. I mean, 100% and 10, 110% fabulous. me down. I was nervous about going because I didn't know anybody. My doctor closes early on Friday. I was covered in yeast. She explained. She told me exactly what to do. I mean she was so thorough. It was unreal. Someone needs to tell her how much I appreciate

The only thing that could have been done to improve my experience is to not have the place so cold. I waited in my car until it was time to see the provider because it was so cold in the waiting room. Also I waited 2 hours before seeing the provider.
