For the first time in a very long time, I have found a Dr/Provider that listens to me and I am comfortable being treated, sharing, etc under their care.

It would be helpful if I could actually talk to a person every once in a while. That's it.

This is the first visit that I am able to say I felt comfortable with the staff, and that they introduced themselves, and explained their roles. I am hoping that this will continue!

Need consistent treatment from all providers. Not all locations are caring and listening. I'm glad I took the initiative and found Dr C Faircloth

I can't speak for anybody else but my doctor made me comfortable and I was able to open up to her. Great service and I'm glad to have Caroline as my new permanent doctor!

Everything was very good

The only negative part of my experience was the difference between my appointment time and the time I saw the doctor. I prefer care that stays as close to schedule as possible I made the earliest appointment I could to accommodate my work schedule and I waited 50 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor. Outside of that my visit was great.

There needs to be improvement in communication between Dr. and support staff. Follow up to make sure that instructions are followed. I was forgotten about after the Dr. met with me and had to look for staff to complete the visit.

Everyone is very professional. My only thing is that after pointing out what exactly is causing my anxiety and depression, instead of helping me take a break from it, the approach was that antidepressants would help, when the trigger is clearly within my environment and I'm just suffering from extreme burn out and chronic anxiety from work

Everyone was great. Proud to work for Prisma!

The only thing I can think of is that sometimes on my chart one time I lost my chart and I couldn't get it back because I had to have a link or something and it was frustrating but I do like my chart fairly well but for older people we don't understand how to work it sometimes and when you ask the nurse they don't know how to do it and if you try to call a telephone number that's not a good idea I think I tried that one time so I guess I'm saying that a lot more older people would use my chart if they had a class or something that would show them how to do it or put it on there for them because I really feel better being able to text a question to the doctor and they are very good at getting back to me about anything that I text him them.

None - all interactions were great

I'm concerned that the Prisma healthcare system does not have the resources to handle the volume of patients that need care in the area. I hope this is being addressed by those that have the ability to improve so that no patient has to wait for needed surgery.

my visit was perfect

The doctor to listen to my concerns and understand why certain doctors I don't want to go to. And I wish the doctor would understand more and listen to the concerns that I have instead of just saying, oh, therapy, therapy, therapy, because other doctors I've talked to, that's not just the answer.

I can't think nor ask for anything more-very satisfied!
