offer more services that might not seem obvious. ie say, "if you have any issues with anything please contact us"

Do not feel like thorough care given. Would've appreciated more tests and suggestions than take some Tylenol and drink water.

Include graduate students in the scheduling book. My original appointment was canceled but the clinic had availability to get me in at the same time as my original clinic.

This was a visit with a PA I never met before. She was new to me and me to her. She was concerned about my blood pressure and I appreciate that. I also appreciate that she was available to see me. I was there for a medication refill. I am supposed to be a patient of the head Physician and I have never met him. You get to know a person and then they are gone because they have been transferred elsewhere. I have been a patient for 20 plus years and I feel I need better continuity in my care.
