There is nothing Everything was wonderful

Everything was great. Dr Rice is amazing.

This practice is a breathe of fresh air compared to where my children were just patients at. I'm thankful to all care staff, and physicians. Feels so welcoming!

I don't know if what I have to say has anything to do with what I just asked, but the only complaint that I have is I had to wait over an hour to see the provider. That's it. Otherwise, it was awesome.

Dr. Rice was very thorough and patient.

I had to wait an hour after my child's appointment time before my child was seen by the doctor. I felt like this was unprofessional. No one even came into the room to tell us if the doctor was running behind, or what was going on. I had to go out and speak with the receptionist after waiting 45 minutes to see if everything was OK.

Need to Reduce wait time until check in. I arrived earlier for the appointment but only to get to the clinic to see a huge sign at the waiting area to say the staff was at lunch break and will return at 2 pm which professionally is not right. This is utterly not fair to the patient. Then why schedule me for the appointment at 1.45 when the clinic knows thy will be at lunch break.

The doctor was very good with my child and me she is great

Im satisfied with everyone who helped us. Nothing I can think of to improve.

This was the best visit that I've ever had with a provider pertaining to my children. The entire staff was amazing and my doctor, I just enjoyed her professionalism, all the tips and advice, medical advice that she provided and how patient she was with my child. It was very refreshing and I appreciate the whole staff.

Tried a video call. The tech didn't work at all, had to resort to phone call instead. Also appt was at 3pm and wasn't on the phone til almost 5pm

Dr. Rice always treats both of my children with utmost respect. She supports both of my children and they both trust her. She talks to them, not at them. I trust Dr. Rice and do not want my children to be treated by anyone else.

The doctor, Mrs. Rice and the other doctor and nurses was awesome. Really appreciate everyone at work with my granddaughter and my grandson.

I have absolutely no problems with how Dr. Rice does her job! My babies are in the best hands and I'm so relieved to have her back in our lives!

The wait time was RIDICULOUS!!! Appointment was at 1015 we weren't seen until 1130

I don't have any suggestions for improvement. We had an exceptional experience with Dr. Rice. She's very gifted and very kind and we very much would recommend her and intend to use her. Thank you so much.
