When it came to the referral process, there should have been better communication. And when I was told that I would receive a phone call, once my referral was received, then I should have received a phone call. Instead, I had to make that call. If you need further details, you're more than welcome to call me.

Nothing about trust , this office needs more providers to serve the community. They are about the only trusted OBGYN in the county.

I can't think of anything more that could have been done at this appointment. The entire office is friendly and helpful and Dr Schwering is always understanding and knowledgeable. She puts you at ease and listens to all your concerns. She is wonderful!

There is nothing that could been done to make me feel more comfortable, cared for. There was no sense of a clock ticking at all. It is a soothing comfortable place to be. Everyone was most Pleasant, and of course the doctor and the nurse professional but friendly and welcoming. I felt cared for.

Hi, I'd recommend a change to your revenue cycle management. The way that you provide estimates is very surprising, especially for someone who understands it. For example, for my recent meeting, recent appointment, I got an estimate after talking to the front desk for about $12,000 for my visit. After that, it slowly came down to $93 and then $40. Again, understanding the process and going through insurance, fully hear how it can go back. But for people who don't understand, that can be very shocking, how that goes from one all the way down to that from a tax perspective. Hope you can help this and help someone else understand their finances.
