I know this is an old hospital and old clinic. I suggest a makeover.

Was a perfect appointment.

Add more handicap parking and provide rides to my car to enable me to arrive and leave by myself.

They did good. Everything was good. They treated me with respect and everything.

Thay all did a great job

The whole experience was great as usual. Office is very efficient but not rushed. Everyone is kind and personable. Very pleased.

Every effort was made give me support and trust. I could not have asked for anything else.

I have no complaints at all. All I got to say is there are some top-notch people you got working in that office and I think the world of my doctor and I trust her explicitly with everything that needs to be done that she addresses. And I just wish all my doctors was as caring and wonderful as she is. And y'all should be able to tell her something like this or let her know that her patient, this patient is very happy with her services. Thank you.

Yes I got stuck on the second floor on the elevator going up to my appointment I was horrified finally I pushed 3 it'd start back moving once again once I got to the third floor it didn't want to open I had to push the arrow for the door to open the worse experience of my life

I appreciate all the services I received. The medical staff was very knowledgeable and approachable. The front office staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Very efficient and wanted to help. I was very pleased with visit.

Have been to see Dr. Gutta three times to provide care on my knees. She is very cordial and knows her stuff. I have not observed anything other than pleasant and cordial behavior from all the staff, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors.

Simply understand that I need pain meds

Nothing unless you can reduce wait time, but it wasn't too unreasonable. Dr Gutta made it with the wait.

Nothing. I drive from Columbia to see Dr Gutta because she is the best. She is very compassionate and knowledgeable.

I have no complaints at all. I am completely satisfied with the treatment and care of the whole visit and this is the first dr other than my primary, that I have been treated so kindly and thoroughly and I can't give them enough credit for the whole experience. I have seen Dr. Gutta for several years now. She always have had my best interest. I have had injections from other doctors before and they really hurts but for some reason she knows exactly where to stick me and it doesn't hurt so bad. She is God sent and I trust her

The nurse who saw me before I went and saw the doctor, it was really hard to hear her. She was very pleasant and respectful. I would just advise that she speak a little more loudly and slowly so people can understand her a little bit better. That's it.

Would not change any thing. Staff was very good. And listened to my problems with my legs and treated.

I was left waiting (told to sit on a table with no back support) for half an hour with no one stopping to let me know Dr was being delayed. Stepped off table to sit in a chair with a back because I was uncomfortable.
