Giving me more details about the medication in my knee shots would have been helpful. I had the shots on faith. I had some side effects, red face, Rough skin on my face and I would have liked to know what was in the shots in detail. It all went away and worked out well.

No. Dr Gutta is an outstanding doctor. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and proactive. She goes out of her way to insure her clients get the best care possible. We are indebted to her for all that she had done for my husband and me. We both believe she is the best doctor we have ever had. She's a keeper!

Would not change a thing

Not easy to find the office in the outpatient area. The receptionist was helpful however there aren't many directions prior to getting to her.

I had two fractures , big toe on right foot , and left elbow . I'm in extreme pain , and got nothing for pain but 800 mg ibuprofen. Still hurting. Very disappointed

The elevators need to be fit once again. One of the elevators was out. I had to take the stands to the 3rd floor I will not be returning until my doctor move into a new building. She's a great doctor and I definitely do not want to lose her, but due to the condition of the elevator I can't chance my life against there anymore.

Dr. Gutta and her assistant answered my questions and made me feel at ease about my situation.

Other than a 15 minute wait in the examination room, everything went smoothly.

Care was great. It is very convenient to have an orthopedic urgent facility nearby.

More time but get it. Doctor communicated necessary information but minimal time to process for follow up questions. Receptionist was awesome and appreciate the team working me in.

I can't add anything. Dr. Gutta and her staff are great and very attentive to my needs.

Give Better driving directions to get to the facility. Instead of the address to her office simply tell the patient to go to the hospital in Clinton. Much easier way to get there. I used the GPS system on my car, a tom tom, & I checked google maps. Both with the address. The country roads out there are terrrible.

To my prior visit , then the one that I had this week , I had got stuck on the elevator , and do not feel safe on the elevator i'm afraid I haven't panics attacks., i do not feel safe riding on the elevator, by myself or with someone

Give directions on which hospital entrance to use and where to check in.

I know this is an old hospital and old clinic. I suggest a makeover.

Was a perfect appointment.

Add more handicap parking and provide rides to my car to enable me to arrive and leave by myself.

The whole experience was great as usual. Office is very efficient but not rushed. Everyone is kind and personable. Very pleased.

Every effort was made give me support and trust. I could not have asked for anything else.

All I got to say is there are some top-notch people you got working in that office and I think the world of my doctor and I trust her explicitly with everything that needs to be done that she addresses. And I just wish all my doctors was as caring and wonderful as she is. And y'all should be able to tell her something like this or let her know that her patient, this patient is very happy with her services. Thank you.

Yes I got stuck on the second floor on the elevator going up to my appointment I was horrified finally I pushed 3 it'd start back moving once again once I got to the third floor it didn't want to open I had to push the arrow for the door to open the worse experience of my life

Have been to see Dr. Gutta three times to provide care on my knees. She is very cordial and knows her stuff. I have not observed anything other than pleasant and cordial behavior from all the staff, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors.
