We love Christopher Bray! Hire more amazing doctors like him and your office will be amazing ?

We waited for more than an hour to be seen. The nurse was not friendly and didn't make us feel comfortable.

Dr. Bray is fabulous. After my dgtr had two knee surgeries (across several yrs) and having new pain he came in optimistic and with a plan we all agreed on. He always has a smile to offer and always makes us feel comfortable.

They all done exceptional no issues whatsoever of any kind Thank the staff and doctor for their concern and keeping our family informed on all decision making for our daughter well being. They are a rock.

They interacted directly with my child and not just with me.

Prisma should have informed me prior to X-rays my daughter's arm that the insurance was not going to cover it. They knew and didn't inform me so I can make a informable decision about going somewhere else to get the x-rays that were covered under my insurance. Dr. Christopher Bray and his staff was very courteous, concerned and informative.

We had to wait a long time. It would have been nice to have updates about the delay.

Appointments were running behind. Would have been helpful to be told that when checking in or being called back to plan.

Have the scheduling not so heavy that we had to wait 35 minutes past our scheduled time to see the doctor.

We all agree that Dr. Bray is the best and most approachable doctor we had ever met. He is incredibly nice, kind, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of. Shelby, has also been super sweet and helpful. We can say enough good things about our experience with Dr. Bray. I am so glad and thankful our son was under his care.

The ladies at the check in desk were rude and completely dismissive of me. I received texts saying a different appointment time than what they had in their records, and they would not listen to my concerns or look at my texts or really acknowledge me at all.

No improvement needed. Facility and staff are all great.
