The staff was wonderful starting at my appointment until I left. Very helpful and they asked I did I have any questions and answered them if I did.

If the doctor is running late, it would be nice and respectful to let the patients waiting be made aware of this so that we wouldn't bombard the receptionist wondering if we had been forgotten etc...

The appointment for the plastic appointment for my leg, they were supposed to get back to me that afternoon or the next day. I also emailed the portal or messaged the portal and they haven't gotten back to me.

I just want to say that this team is spectacular. I'm not here to give negative feedback. I just, they've gone over and beyond to help me resolve another situation with my surgery and I always feel like I'm in the best of hands when I'm with them. So all thumbs up across the board for this team and they do a great job and I trust them.

Dr. Mazoue and staff were fantastic! We have a plan to deal with my shoulder pain. I missed my am appointment and they worked me back in that afternoon. I had to wait over a month for the appointment was the only downside, but it was totally worth it.

None. I transferred my orthopedic care from Lexington medical, after my first visit for a 2nd opinion, because of the way I was treated and the information I was given. The Dr, made feel like I was in good hands.

It would have been far easier to have the X-ray machine fixed in building 2 so I would not have to get back in my vehicle and travel to building 14 and then back to building 2 twice during this one visit. Everyone was very professional. The equipment needed fixing.

To make a standard protocol for all patients and not just choose which ones you apply certain rules to. Also, before allowing other people (I don't know if they were students or what), but it seems that the patient should know and agree to be a show and tell item. It made me nervous and uncomfortable having so many people in the examining room and not know who they are or why they're there

Nothing needed. If it's ever a pleasure seeing a doctor it certainly is when seeing Dr. Mazoue, and his staff is just as good and as pleasant as he is.

I would like for my doctor listen more to my questions instead of cutting me off. After my surgery I still don't know my limitations. I need my doctor to focus on my needs. There to many assistants is in the room. There's about 4 assistants in the room. It was one assistant keeps looking at me with this disgusting look on her face. I was uncomfortable. I need more answers? When I ask about certain things that was done or wasn't done in the surgery I was cut short like it didn't mean anything, but this is my body and I know how much pain or what is going on with me. I have to go on YouTube or some of the doctors that come in my establishment tells me some of the things that I need to do more than my doctor. I did not need a lot of people in my room with my doctor because they are not my doctor. They are just there for their medical class. I need more answer and understanding about the second surgery on my shoulder. If I didn't need nothing done no more than what he did for the surgery. Why did I have to have surgery if he say he didn't do too much of nothing.

I cannot think of any -- it was a very good initial visit. The only thing that Prisma might improve is the MyChart billing repeated for each access to the website for new patients. In my case, I know I have fully covered double insurance and so advised but never got a response to my online queries asking why the billing was repeated for every access.

My visit was great

Make sure the provider does not tell a patient that is in pain " you'll just have to live with it" I apparently have arthritis all throughout my knee with minimal cartilage and a torn meniscus. I would perfer someone who doesn't say that. And obviously I dont have any medical profession. But I'm pretty sure somthing should be done about that other than pain pills and steroid shots

A lot of info was shared and it would have helped to have a printout of the x-ray results and next steps. My memory isn't as good as it used to be so having something that I can refer back to would be helpful.

At this facility, when staff are asked to provide simple documents like doctor's notes or visit excuses, it often seems to be met with reluctance, as if it's an inconvenience, even though these tasks typically take less than five minutes and could be completed while the patient waits. In contrast, my experience with staff at other Prisma Health locations has been much more efficient and accommodating with such requests. There always seems to be a reason given here as to why these basic tasks can't be completed promptly, which reflects poorly on the overall work ethic. That said, the doctor and most of the staff are consistently friendly and professional.

I was not seen by my provider until more than an hour after my scheduled appointment time. I know this is a busy clinic, but it's really not acceptable

This was a follow-up appointment. It was great. The staff is great. But the first time, I waited 45 minutes. And I just left and didn't see anybody. So they had to reschedule me. The staff is great. The doctor is great. The facility is great. However, I think they're a little overstaffed, I mean, or something, where it was just, you know, my first appointment, it just took so long for me to get to see somebody. I ended up leaving. I think I waited there like an hour. My appointment was at 9, and I was there like 10, 10, 15, or something like that. I just left and rescheduled. But other than that, they're really great, very professional, and very knowledgeable, and I do appreciate

This team did an amazing job. Every single time I called and spoke to someone or sent a my chart message. They replied promptly and like they were so happy to help me. I really appreciate the care I got with this team!

When the resident came in prior to the doctor, he did not introduce himself nor tell me why he was there until Well into his questioning. I was a bit mystified and did not understand what his role was. He could've started by introducing himself as soon as he entered the room and sharing what his role was in the process.

The only improvement that could have been made would have been for me to get my appointment sooner. I had to wait over a month for my appointment.

N/A - This has truly been by far one of the best experiences I have had with medical treatment. The entire staff listens attentively! They even think if the things you don't which leads me to believe they care and they're passionate about what they're doing.

Need to try and see patients on time. 1 1/2 hour wait time is too long.

Yes, it was the scheduling of the surgery. You gave me a date, but I didn't have a time. And my only thing I received was a text message saying on another date, and I wasn't sure and I couldn't contact anybody and I couldn't reach anybody. I don't have an actual for sure surgery date for my daughter.

Dr Mazoue has my utmost trust and respect. It would be impossible for improvement.
