Check in area is cluttered and gives impression it's not orderly. Empty tissue boxes are out and stains on the check-in counter. In general the building looks worn and unkempt and that's true for the offices as well.

The lady who "checked" us in the first time when we got there needs more training. After she told us to have a seat we waited 25 minutes before I walked back up only to find out that she never checked us in. What should have only taken 3 hours including travel time took over 4.

It would have been nice to have an actual printout of the diagnosis versus having to remember exactly what it was.

We waited well over an hour to see the doctor. I took off work to pick up my daughter early from school so that we could be on time for the appointment. To have to wait for such an excessive amount of time was frustrating. Had we been notified that they were running so far behind we could have adjusted our schedule accordingly. I suggest calling patients when you are that far behind.

Facility was very dirty and smelly, you could definitely tell it had been a long time since surfaces had been wiped.

we had a great visit!

I think when a pre op and surgery needs to be scheduled it should be handled over the phone. I don't think it's necessary to have customers in person just to be asked if they want a surgery and have any questions. All the questions and information should be given during pre op.

One way I feel is that, yes, my son has special needs, but don't only think that's all about him. That's the only thing. So when he comes in having issues, don't just think that because he has special needs that he's doing it as a behavior. My son doesn't do that, and I tried to explain that several times. So mainly listening, listening closely and taking it in. and looking outside the box. Don't just categorize him just because he has special.

The lady that checked us in left her desk and forgot to check us in, so we waited an hour. But other than that, everything was great.

The doctor let me know that they were busy, but we waited an hour and 10 minutes in the room with no follow-up. Nobody came in to say, hey, I'm so sorry, he's backed up. He'll be right with you. Nothing. We appreciated someone coming in to let us know that he was backed up, that it was a busy time, something like that. There was no apology or communication regarding that.
