The doctor was amazing. I found the nurses quite rude and rushing and not willing to listen or help. They forgot to bring me the poop kit into the room and when I went to inquire about it, they were like, yeah, yeah, it takes time. It had been about 35 minutes that I'd been waiting for a poop kit. So my only comment was on the staff around the visit, but the nurse was amazing.

Everything was done perfectly

We had an xray ordered at 420 and when we were checked out and told to go to x ray it was already closed and we were not given options to get it done. We live 2 hours away and were told to come the next day again. The Dr did not listen and incorporate our feedback concerns well.

When patients check in to come into the receptionist, feeling more welcome would make my child definitely like a warm smile or instead of just getting right to it and like, oh, you're here for an appointment, first impressions or everything. She wouldn't have been so nervous if we felt that we were acknowledged as people, I guess.

The lack of communication or response to our questions before and after the appointment are awful. We just do not get responses to our messages, have no idea what the test results were, and have no idea what the plan moving forward is. This is a chronic problem. We just have to badger them to get any progress or information.

The registration for the procedure on Monday was non existent. We saw the doctor on Friday and she stated procedure would be Monday . By 4pm Friday nobody had called with time for procedure so I called office and was told someone would call me Sunday . By 4 Sunday nobody had called so I called after hours and they couldn't see anything . I explained my daughter had almost finished her prep and we needed to know . Someone called me back and said just show up at 8 and "we will figure it out ". Someone did call me at 6am Monday morning and told me the appt was at 830. I'm glad we were seen just a little frustrated that we were not contacted sooner . We were panicking because we had taken the time off and she had completed her prep . But the staff and doctor were wonderful !!!

I don't know of anything they could have done any better. The dr. and staff were great!

The provider felt like the treatment that we were providing was inappropriate and told us this in front of our child. She should have asked to speak to one of us alone without our daughter to voice her concerns.
