Daniel Alexis Gonzalez, FNP

This was my first visit with Dr. Daniel Gonzalez. I am a new patient establishing him as my primary care doctor. I was very pleased and satisfied with the total practice of Family medicine Mountain View. I definitely will be returning for Care with the entire team.

For me, the consultation was very good, very professional, they are very attentive, the hospital is very good. I don't know where I recorded it.

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, checked in and then waited for over 45 minutes before being taken back. No one at any time said thank you for waiting, apologized for keeping me waiting or even acknowledged that my appointment time had come and gone (9am appointment that was to be for a bp check and a1c). It takes nothing to acknowledge that they ran behind and appreciate my time. Additionally to be sitting waiting for that length of time for a blood pressure check is not conducive to getting a non elevated reading. I understand things get busy but you have to keep your patients informed and at least go through the paces of making them feel appreciated.

I have asthma and would think I shouldn't have to ask for someone to check my lungs..,it should be a common office procedure.

I felt that the doctor, it wasn't a doctor, first of all, I felt that the nurse practitioner who saw me had judgment and I don't know that for a fact, but that was my impression and it made me uncomfortable.

Absolutely no negative comments regarding Daniel Gonzalez or the nurse who assisted him. Never met him prior to this appt but he introduced himself and was very kind and personable. Both he and his nurse were thorough and thoughtful in all aspects of my care. No complaints at all.

Greater tolerance for the language gap, the nurse was patient and tried to understand, however, the front staff was not very patient with the language and the request and the follow-up appointment was not granted. In the end, I asked to do it myself by My chart since they did not understand me.

I was pleased with the nurse and the doctor in this visit.

Nothing. The nurse and doctor were extremely helpful and kind, I was having a tough mental health day and I left feeling significantly lighter in the world.

Listening to my concerns

Asked for my regular doctor to come in cause he didn't listen to me.

The visit was a bit of a waste. I came in for a check after a car accident, and for sinus congestion. He did not look in my ears, nose or throat. He did not listen to my heart. And when he discussed the car accident, he downplayed it and told me I'd have different symptoms; which I had been in an accident prior and I didn't have any of the things he said and had a concussion. He was not thorough, I didn't feel like he took me seriously.

Nothing. All was very open and informative. A great job by all Dr. Gonzalez staff and Dr. Gonzalez.

All was done to my complete satisfaction.

I have no suggestions for improvement as this practice is so on top of their patients needs. The nurse who worked with me was knowledgeable, friendly and offered me great support. Daniel was very good in explaining what my issue was and the next step.

You didn't do anything wrong. I was just unable to answer some of the questions because I was in so much pain and so tired after major surgery. I was out of it. So they did what they were supposed to do. I got the information I needed. I was very happy with the location and that's about it. They were very kind. Thank you.
