Greater tolerance for the language gap, the nurse was patient and tried to understand, however, the front staff was not very patient with the language and the request and the follow-up appointment was not granted. In the end, I asked to do it myself by My chart since they did not understand me.

I can't think of anything. Every visit with them is always comfortable and caring

I was pleased with the nurse and the doctor in this visit.

Nothing. The nurse and doctor were extremely helpful and kind, I was having a tough mental health day and I left feeling significantly lighter in the world.

Asked for my regular doctor to come in cause he didn't listen to me.

The visit was a bit of a waste. I came in for a check after a car accident, and for sinus congestion. He did not look in my ears, nose or throat. He did not listen to my heart. And when he discussed the car accident, he downplayed it and told me I'd have different symptoms; which I had been in an accident prior and I didn't have any of the things he said and had a concussion. He was not thorough, I didn't feel like he took me seriously.

Nothing. All was very open and informative. A great job by all Dr. Gonzalez staff and Dr. Gonzalez.

All was done to my complete satisfaction.

I have no suggestions for improvement as this practice is so on top of their patients needs. The nurse who worked with me was knowledgeable, friendly and offered me great support. Daniel was very good in explaining what my issue was and the next step.

You didn't do anything wrong. I was just unable to answer some of the questions because I was in so much pain and so tired after major surgery. I was out of it. So they did what they were supposed to do. I got the information I needed. I was very happy with the location and that's about it. They were very kind. Thank you.

I know I was in there to go over my prior bloodwork but since I have asthma I would have thought he would have listened to my breathing.

Honestly, I'm "anti-doctor" and I came home telling my wife I finally found someone who appears to be listening, and actively trying to help. So what I'm saying is "so far, you have exceeded my expectations"

I ended up with UTI later in day. Sent in photo of positive OTC test, but I was asked to come in AGAIN the very next day, repeat the test and then was given antibiotic for UTI. I feel this was excessive and should have just had rx called in to pharmacy.

This was only my second visit so for me it will just take time to get to know everyone better and gain more trust.

Since I'm a first time patient, I believe that I need to go back to the doctor's office and get my results. I should have a better picture of how the doctor and nurses attend to their patients.

I have a tailbone injury that has caused me pain for a long time. The bone is protruding. I find it extremely odd the nurse or doctor did not feel the bone. The bone moves sideways. I also was not shown my xray. I also find this strange.

Nurse practioner and Dr. Gonzalez were both professional, were knowledgeable of my blood test, very detailed oriented and treated me with respect and care throughout my visit. They have a great team from receptionist to Dr. Gonzales. Awesome experience.

Nothing to change as far as I can tell. Dr. Gonzalez was a pleasant as he always is. Good listener to all my questions. He gave answers and advice to he best knowledgeable. I felt good with the answers I received. All in all it was a good visit with my Dr.
