Everything went great

I didn't feel like my doctor fully explained what is going on with my shoulder. I have been in a lot of pain for quite a while. I didn't feel like he realized that. He pushed on my arms and I experienced sharp pain. I would have like a better explanation of what is going on. I left with the impression that I'm suffering from old age.

There's nothing I could say that would make any more impression than to say whatever I have done at that office with Dr. Ford is always excellent.

Some of your questions do not have the option of N/A. There are no Nurses in most all medical office practices of Prisma Health. The majority of the Assistants are Certified Medical Assistants, or Assistants who are not certified. Your question of how the "Nurses" treated you or washed their hands, etc, is unfair because there are NO RN's or very few RN's. Patients have no way to distinguish between employees who are actually RN's or employees who are assistants. The questions would be easier to answer if they were asked appropriately. BTW... I love Dr. Ford!! If a diagnosis is beyond his grasp, he will immediately recommend one of his colleagues. TKS!

I was not an established patient of Dr. Ford's, so I was very pleased to get an appointment so soon after the holidays. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful!

I did a pre-registration before my appointment, but for some reason, it was not completely updated in your system. Seems redundant and frustrating and to be quite honest, a waste of time doing the preregistration. Other than that the staff were professional and friendly and I feel that my interest came 1st.

No improvements were needed.

When reviewing my medications with the staff member on arrival, apparently many things did not get taken out that I no longer take and still showed up on my paperwork after my appointment, after I had left the office. So apparently this was not updated correctly.

I did not have a problem so I cannot think of a thing.

Nothing...my surgery happened like a well oiled machine...the staff was professional and courteous...I loved the get well card and the smiley face stamp underneath my bandage!! I have no problem with the outstanding professionals at Prisma Health Tuomey Orthopedics...

The staff is always very pleasant. The office is clean. They had your staff has a personality, which is great. Makes it so much easier for the patient. They will joke with you. They will listen to you and they don't run on a clock when they're listening to you and that is wonderful because you're the important person at the moment.

There was nothing! The visit was perfect. From the front desk, to the nurse, the x-ray tech, and Dr Ford. They all made this the perfect experience. The only downside was the parking garage. It was a nightmare. I wish they'd have security in there during busy times to direct people along. I waited for almost five minutes for a car five ahead of me waiting for a car to pull out and they didn't give the person room to do so. The cars were backed up out the garage. I hate being late, but it caused me to not be in time for my appointment. The receptionist was fine with it, but there was no sense in mine cars waiting on one person that held everyone up.
