Everything was fine.

It would have been nice if Dr. Fords assistant spoke to me and introduced herself.

The amount of time I waited in the room could be less.

There's nothing that needs improving. They are all so kind and professional, from the front desk to check they are absolutely fantastic. Dr. Ford is an excellent Doctor. I would recommend him to anyone and I have. Great group of people.

Can't think of anything. All of my visits for my broken arm went very well. Promptly seen after arriving, everyone was courteous and the doctor explained the break so I knew exactly what had happened. I was very pleased with the entire group of visits.

I have no complaints whatsoever so I don't have an answer to this question.

Always sent appointment reminders as single appointment follow-ups. I get sometimes two (different treatments) closely together and I can only reply "Yes" to one of them. Please make each reminder unique and singular.

Yes, I don't think that you could have improved. I got an appointment right away. Everyone was very courteous. Dr. Ford was wonderful, took care of my situation, and I just felt and then left and just felt everything was taken care of just wonderfully. Thank you very much.

The whole appointment was very professional and personal. A very nice atmosphere in the office.

Have a few videos on what the patient can expect about different types of surgeries recoveries medications, home rehab care, equipment that I would need, beside a walker. Or beside instruments that would be handy for patient at home to recover with.

Services were really great and I enjoyed talking to Dr. Ford and the staff was beautiful.

Provide more info about the treatment. What over the counter medication to take when I' m experiencing leg and knee pain. Even though I'm getting the shots I still experience pain. There should be more one on one with the doctor to explain the treatment process. What other options to relieve pain instead of surgery. Surgery is not an option for me. Definitely, more details about treatment plan.

Dr. Ford is a good doctor. He listens to you and explains what the treatment should be. He has a great bedside manner!

Very nice visit. I was anxious about possible surgery and was in pain. Dr. Ford and his staff were very patient and made sure I understood what was happening and what I needed to do to avoid surgery. I felt much better when the visit was over.

I was valued as a lay person with answers that I understood. Medical terminology is for doctors and nurses. Help patients to understand in layman's terminology. Whenever I understand, I can participate in my own health-care. No one in their sound mind wants to be in a doctor's office unnecessarily. Give us clear information, not just medication. Thanks for reading my feedback.

Just keep Dr. Ford around. I would not want anyone else as my doctor in that building.

Dr Ford did a great job. I'm 95% to where I should be and when I went in, I felt at 5%. He's a good man, because I know I have a problem making sure I'm heard. I just need to remember who the doctor is. He knows exactly what he's doing.

Totally impressed with the total care that I received. From the receptionist, the nurse and X-ray technician, I received the best of care. Dr. Ford is in a league of his own. I'm very thankful. After four months of incredible pain, in one day I feel so much better.

I didn't feel like my doctor fully explained what is going on with my shoulder. I have been in a lot of pain for quite a while. I didn't feel like he realized that. He pushed on my arms and I experienced sharp pain. I would have like a better explanation of what is going on. I left with the impression that I'm suffering from old age.

There's nothing I could say that would make any more impression than to say whatever I have done at that office with Dr. Ford is always excellent.

Some of your questions do not have the option of N/A. There are no Nurses in most all medical office practices of Prisma Health. The majority of the Assistants are Certified Medical Assistants, or Assistants who are not certified. Your question of how the "Nurses" treated you or washed their hands, etc, is unfair because there are NO RN's or very few RN's. Patients have no way to distinguish between employees who are actually RN's or employees who are assistants. The questions would be easier to answer if they were asked appropriately. BTW... I love Dr. Ford!! If a diagnosis is beyond his grasp, he will immediately recommend one of his colleagues. TKS!

I was not an established patient of Dr. Ford's, so I was very pleased to get an appointment so soon after the holidays. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful!

I did a pre-registration before my appointment, but for some reason, it was not completely updated in your system. Seems redundant and frustrating and to be quite honest, a waste of time doing the preregistration. Other than that the staff were professional and friendly and I feel that my interest came 1st.

When reviewing my medications with the staff member on arrival, apparently many things did not get taken out that I no longer take and still showed up on my paperwork after my appointment, after I had left the office. So apparently this was not updated correctly.

I did not have a problem so I cannot think of a thing.

Nothing...my surgery happened like a well oiled machine...the staff was professional and courteous...I loved the get well card and the smiley face stamp underneath my bandage!! I have no problem with the outstanding professionals at Prisma Health Tuomey Orthopedics...
