Trust, respect, and care was all there.l have trouble because of my past with doctors.

I was treated with the up most care wouldn't want to change anything

Nothing. Best surgery I've had. And I've had quite a few. All my past surgeries have been old school so I had anxiety the day of surgery thinking about past recoveries. But this new process was great. I was only sore for two days, day of surgery and day after. A+ experience.

These procedures seem so repetitive, the nurses need to slow down when explaining to patients. The last nurse talked so fast I asked her was she giving me written instructions, she said that she was.

Visit had all the characteristics of what I expected out of the experience.

The doctor and nurses were all very professional, and great! ????

Love Dr.Jacobs he has operated on me in the past.

Dr Jacobs was succinct. He provided advice on my condition, and what to do next. He told me there was nothing he could do for me. I asked a couple of questions to ensure I understood and we were done. I appreciate the time he did take.
