David Cole Faircloth, DO

Cole Faircloth, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician at Prisma Health in Columbia, South Carolina. He earned his medical degree at Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina, and then completed his family medicine residency training with Prisma Health/University of South Carolina in Columbia. During his training, he developed skill and experience with the diagnosis and treatment of chronic disease in both adults and children and took a special interest in disease prevention and lifestyle medicine. Dr. Faircloth's commitment to family medicine stems from a passion to care for and educate patients of all ages so that they can make the best decisions for their health and well-being. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and South Carolina Academy of Family Physicians. In his free time, he enjoys reading, relaxing with his dogs, traveling, finding new music and martial arts.
