David E. "Trey" Brown, MD, graduated from Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and received his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia. He completed his pediatric residency at Palmetto Health Children's Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina, where he was selected as chief resident in 2003, and completed a fellowship in pediatric pulmonology at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Dr. Brown is board certified in pediatrics, pediatric pulmonology and sleep medicine.

I can't think of anything to suggest. Dr. Brown and his team are amazing. He came highly recommended by our pediatrician and it was easy to see why. Dr. Brown did such a thorough history and physical. My son and I left our first appointment feeling so confident in his capable hands. After four hospitalizations and two surgeries it was wonderful to have his expert insight and care. We feel so fortunate to be established with this office. We have now been for a follow up and he made sure to address all of our concerns and answer all of our many questions. He is patient and kind and we left the visit feeling so positive!
